General Questions

We deliver to most areas on the island of Maui. This includes South Maui (Kihei, Wailea, Makena), West Maui (Lahaina, Kaanapali, Kahana) north shore and upcountry (Haiku, Makawao, Pukalani, Kula), and Central Maui (Kahului, Wailuku).

We DO NOT deliver to to East Maui at this time (Hana, Kipahulu).

We also DO NOT deliver to any other islands in the Hawaiian chain, nor can we deliver to any other states in the US.

Yes.

For Weddings there is a $300 minimum.

For Personal Delivery there is an $85 minimum.

That depends. 

For Wedding Flowers, your order must be completed a minimum of two weeks before your wedding day. That said, it is much much better to order as far in advance as you can because our days do get booked up. 

For Personal Delivery, we only need one day, but refer to our calendar at checkout to see what days are available for delivery. 

Delivery is based on distance from our flower shop that is located in Makawao. 

Absolutely! Skip the delivery fee by choosing “Pick Up In Store” at checkout. Select a date and time that coincides with our business hours, and come pick up your order at our shop in Makawao.

Wedding Flowers

Unfortunately, no.  And believe us, we don’t like to say no! Our model doesn’t guarantee specific flowers so that we can reduce waste and offer a premium product to our clients at an affordable cost. Hawaii is literally the most remote island chain in the world, which can sometimes make ordering specific flowers a little tricky.  We love supporting local growers as much as possible, so many of the flowers are from farms within a 20 mile radius.
However, we do guarantee arrangements in your desired color palette made with the most fresh and in season blooms available.
What about not including specific flowers? Please don’t hesitate to let us know any specific flowers that you wish to not see in your arrangements. We would hate to include blooms that you are allergic or sensitive to on your big day! While we cannot guarantee this will be doable (as it varies case to case based on season, etc.) we will try our best to keep them out.

As soon as you're ready! Our system is set up to take orders for up to a year in advance. We do get booked up, so it is best to order as soon as possible. So if you have a date and location already determined, by all means, order away!

For wedding flowers, orders must be completed a minimum of 2 weeks before your wedding date (although cutting it this close is not recommended).  This gives us enough time to order all the necessary flowers and ingredients for your chosen date.

That said, please call us if you are getting married within that 2 week time frame, there is a chance we still may be able to accommodate you depending on flower choices, size of the wedding, etc. 

We recommend that your wedding flowers be delivered 2-3 hours before you walk down the aisle. This will not only ensure fresh, vibrant flowers, but also will give you time to have your friends or family set up the flowers where necessary, or to add those flowers to your hair while getting ready.


This option depends on a few things: (1) How large is your order? And (2) Do you have friends or family that are willing to help? If it's just a few bouquets and boutonnieres, a simple drop off should suffice. However, if your order contains many table arrangements, chair arrangements, and arch arrangements, take time to reflect to decide if you have friends/family that would be happy, willing, and able to set all of this up for you (we definitely do not recommend leaving this job to the bride or groom, or anyone else in the wedding party for that matter. You all will have way too much going on to think about flower placement). While we do provide detailed instructions and some handy zip ties, arch set ups in particular can be tricky - think ladders (or a tall person with sturdy chair), balancing, and strength to lift arrangements above head height. NOTE: This is NOT the coordinators job, so PLEASE DO NOT ask them to set up the flowers for you. 

If you choose "Full Service Set Up", we will deliver and set up everything for you for an extra fee calculated at checkout. 

You can cancel your order anytime up to 14 days before your delivery date.

However, we do guarantee arrangements in your desired color palette, with additional options within each arrangement in our shop, made with the most fresh and in season blooms available.

We usually need about a 24 in advance notice to put together a simple delivery. However, we are not usually in the shop on the weekend. So if you order your flowers on a Friday afternoon, we will most likely not be able to put your order together until Monday. 

That said, we are able take orders for up to a year in advance. So if you are randomly thinking about Mother's Day in November, you more than welcome to place your order in advance. That way you know you won't forget when the actual date arrives!

Definitely! There's a text box in the checkout page. This is the perfect place where you can write a note to the person receiving the arrangement. We'll print it out, and attach the card to the flowers. 

Flowers are delicate things. Our flowers are delivered with plenty of water to drink, but if left in the sun, they might have wilting issues, depending on the type of flowers (think soft, delicate flowers, as opposed to hardy tropicals). 


Our delivery team will do their very best to find the most suitable spot to leave your arrangement. However, if there are any issues with the flowers upon the return of your
